Environment Health Safety (EHS) Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage site EHS section operations, and be responsible for the section budget, goals and performance.
• Participate in the development and implementation of corporate-wide EHS policies and standards, goals, and communication.
• Develop and implement site EHS programs, practices and procedures to meet site EHS goals and corporate EHS goals.
• Lead site in compliance with laws and regulations associated with site EHS issues, and ISO14001 & OSHAS18001.
• Be accountable for all projects assigned to the section and provide support and consultancy to the assigned engineer to ensure delivery.
• Ensure EHS participation in problem identification and resolution as appropriate.
• Be involved with appropriate groups and individuals in identification and resolution as appropriate.
