Environmental Advisor

About the Role

This role provides field and functional support across multiple projects, working alongside Project Managers, Project Engineers and Health & Safety Advisors to ensure environmental compliance and best-practice implementation of CMC’s Environmental Management System.

Initially you will be based on a project in Townsville, but you must be willing and able to work away from home on other projects in regional Queensland and northern NSW.

The role supports both operational delivery and pre-contracts planning by providing technical input to environmental documentation, tenders, and project plans.

You will contribute to the preparation of Environmental Management Plans (EMPs), erosion and sediment control plans, and other statutory documentation while assisting the Environmental Manager with data analysis, reporting, and continual improvement initiatives.
