**About the Environmental Associate Project Manager**
The Associate Project Manager is an on-the-job training position that develops Project Managers for WM's Sustainability Services team. The duties and responsibilities, under the direction and supervision of WM leaders, are related to onsite activities at client locations. The Associate PM, through assigned work activities, a training curriculum, and hands-on projects, will develop a working knowledge of all aspects of the day-to-day onsite sustainability operations including, but it not limited to, the storage, transportation and disposal of hazardous/non-hazardous wastes and other related services following federal, state and local regulations.
