Job DescriptionThis is a mobilization and transformation role, focused on making foundational sustainability measurable, actionable, and real, especially across the company ́s sourcing and operations footprint. All initiatives need to be aligned and validated with the businesses, trying to maximize shared value creation.

The role will have 3 direct reports: a data analyst, a factories transition manager, and an environmental manager.

Define the vision and ambition of the Group ́s foundational elements.

Co‐own the execution (together with group and businesses' teams) roadmap and act as the group PMO for the Company ́s group‐wide foundational KPIs across six core areas (e.g., GHG, packaging, sourcing, water, waste, nature).
