Environmental Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of ISO 14001 EMS
• Perform internal EMS and safety audits
• Monitoring precious metals recovery systems and setup new systems
• Oversee collections of spent solutions and materials containing precious metals
• Witnessing of recovery processes at precious metal refiners' site
• Monitoring of precious metals assay, lab results and liaison with precious metals refiners
• GHS implementation and maintenance
• Energy and water conservation projects
• Oversee and monitor waste water treatment process - continuous treatment, batch treatment
• Oversee and monitor pure water treatment process - sand filter, carbon filter

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
