Environmental (ENV) Support Engineer

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge in Shell Scripting, UNIX, and Application Support (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in using Rest and SOAP protocols to facilitate effective communication and data exchange.
• Experience in working with XML for data representation and information retrieval processes.
• Proven ability in production support, ensuring smooth operation of applications and addressing any disruptions promptly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail to identify and fix issues efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve environmental configuration and application support processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve company objectives.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and stakeholders, conveying technical concepts clearly.
