Alberta Health Services (AHS) is looking for a dependable, highly motivated individual for the position of Environmental Services I (Cleaner/Housekeeper) who is dedicated to both high-quality work and safety. This temporary part-time position is located at the Sturgeon Community Hospital.AHS will provide the necessary training to safely clean and disinfect patient rooms, clinical areas, office areas, and other common staff/public areas in accordance with AHS standards and practices. Other responsibilities may include cleaning and disinfecting medical equipment, and manual materials handling daily. Environmental Services is about more than providing a pleasant atmosphere, it is about ensuring hospitals and healthcare facilities are properly cleaned, disinfected, and maintained to provide a healthy environment for everyone.
Shift schedules may include a combination of day, evening, nights, and weekend shifts.
