The Work
Position Summary
The Level 4 Environmental Lab Engineer is the technical owner of all activities that move a laboratory test request from concept to certified result. The role blends detailed engineering work (quoting, test definition, fixture design) with project coordination (scheduling, JIRA governance, external site liaison) and continuous improvement leadership. The engineer also mentors junior staff to assure knowledge continuity across the lab. This engineer will direct work to the dedicated lab technician in test methodologies and priorities.
