About the Position:

This role is accountable for cultivating and sustaining an exceptional client-centric culture, where every decision and action prioritizes client needs and experience, while simultaneously upholding the highest standards of operational excellence in safety, quality, innovation, and technical support. The Manager is expected to lead by example, ensuring that both client satisfaction and operational performance are at the core of all activities.
