Environmental/Water Resources Engineering Student

This student position will be an integral part of the City’s implementation of our Stormwater Quality Master Plan and Watershed Planning initiatives. The position offers an opportunity to apply academic studies with meaningful hands-on experience. Students can make a valuable contribution to the protection and enhancement of the City’s water resources, while applying their knowledge and gaining valuable experience in their career. The position will assist the Stormwater Management Group of the City of Peterborough’s Infrastructure Management Division.

The duties may include:

• Compliance monitoring and inspection of the City’s existing stormwater management (SWM) infrastructure, including surveying, water quality monitoring and flow/level monitoring.
