The Opportunity

Expression of Interest – Change Analysts
We are anticipating several upcoming requirements for experienced Change Analysts to support technology and business transformation programs across a range of leading Australian organisations. These will either be contract or permanent engagements with hybrid working arrangements and the potential for extensions.

What You’ll Typically Work On

• Supporting the delivery of change activities across technology and business transformation programs
• Preparing change artefacts such as impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communications, and training material
• Partnering with Change Leads, Project Managers, SMEs, and broader program teams
• Coordinating engagement activities including workshops, briefings, and readiness checks
• Maintaining documentation, tracking actions, and supporting adoption activities across complex environments
• Contributing to implementation planning, user readiness, and post-go-live reviews

About You

• Experience delivering or supporting change across technology programs
• Exposure to multiple industries or organisational settings (e.g., Financial Services, Government, Higher Education, Utilities, Corporate)
• Strong documentation skills and a structured approach to capturing change impacts and stakeholder needs
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at various levels
• The ability to work in fast-paced, complex transformation environments
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
