CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm.
We’re currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join us and provide essential support to our GWS EA Platform Team.
Your dedication to customer service, exceptional work ethic and strong people skills will give you everything you need to deliver as the Team Administrator.
**The Opportunity:**
+ Assisting the GWS Platform team with operational administration support
+ Provide ad hoc diary management and personal assistance to the team lead
+ Operations administration work – newsletters, event coordination, internal communications, invoicing and team data management
+ Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
+ We are looking for part-time availability (3 days a week) with potential increase down the track
**Our ideal person:**
+ An administrator who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment
+ Confident in performing administrative tasks while working both autonomously and collaboratively
+ Experience working in a corporate environment, customer service, administration, internal events and communications
+ Is dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks
+ Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
+ Ability to think quickly on their feet and problem solve
+ Intermediate to advanced skill level in core Microsoft Packages – Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook and experience working with software systems
+ Previous experience in facilities, property, or related role desired
