Overview
We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead - Network Security to join our Managed Security Engineering team. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading technical outcomes, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
You'll be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-grade network security solutions, while also mentoring engineers and contributing to continuous improvement across the practice.
What you'll be doing- Provide expert-level (Level 4) support across network security platforms including Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Netskope
- Lead complex incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Design and implement secure network architectures aligned to industry best practices
- Deliver advanced configuration, optimisation, and performance tuning
- Conduct security assessments and provide risk mitigation recommendations
