**Description:**
You will be the EO/IR Systems Engineer / Tech Lead for our innovative engineering team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge IR sensor technologies, driving product innovation, and supporting existing products in production.

As the EO/IR Systems Engineer / Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development of IR sensors, executing project plans, and ensuring successful product delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading technical teams in IR sensor development
• Performing EO/IR analysis and modeling to support system concept development and design verification
• Acting as project engineer or technical lead, planning, monitoring, and tracking program tasks, schedules, budgets, and earned value
