EOL Equipment Engineer (Mold)

Overview

The Equipment Engineer will ensure the operational readiness and reliability of mold tooling and related equipment, responsible for procurement, repair, and design & improvement review of mold tooling with suppliers and cross-functional teams. He will address and recommend solutions for mold issues to the team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement & repair of mold tooling and spare parts.
• Perform or oversee repair and refurbishment of mold tools to maintain operational readiness.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to review mold tooling designs.
• Recommend and implement improvements for mold tooling performance and reliability.
• Diagnose mold-related equipment issues and propose corrective actions.
• Provide hands-on support for setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of mold equipment.
