About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of EPC renewable energy projects, including solar, wind and battery energy storage systems (BESS) based in either Perth or Brisbane. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget, while effectively managing engineering, commercial and contractual outcomes.
You will take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, working closely with engineering, procurement, construction and commercial teams, as well as clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full EPC project lifecycle from contract award through to commissioning and handover
• Manage engineering deliverables, ensuring scope, quality and schedule alignment
• Administer and manage contracts, including head contracts and major subcontract agreements
• Proactively manage project risk, variations, claims and commercial outcomes
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting and reporting
• Coordinate procurement activities and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and regulatory requirements
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
• Provide clear leadership to site and project teams to drive performance and accountability

About You

• Proven experience delivering EPC projects in the renewable energy or power sector
• Strong background in contract management, commercial negotiations and claims management
• Solid understanding of engineering disciplines and how they integrate into construction delivery
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, budgets and multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Experience with Australian standards, contracts and regulatory frameworks (preferred)

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 or similar) desirable
