We have an opportunity for you as Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Supports and optimizes Epic Ambulatory workflows for outpatient and specialty care. Provides operational support, resolves issues, and implements enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.

• Manage support tickets and troubleshoot application issues.
• Monitor integrations with related Epic modules.
• Gather requirements and configure workflow improvements.
• Participate in upgrades and testing.
• Optimize clinical documentation tools.

• Bachelor’s in Healthcare, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Epic Ambulatory Certification.
• 4–8 years of Epic Ambulatory or outpatient support experience.
• Knowledge of ambulatory workflows and related Epic modules.
