HCL Tech is looking for Epic Cadence And Prelude Analyst with the below skills:

SKILLS:

Provides day-to-day support for Epic scheduling (Cadence) and registration (Prelude) workflows. Works with front-desk, scheduling, and clinical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth patient access operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve tickets related to scheduling, registration, and insurance.

Troubleshoot provider templates, appointment workflows, and demographic data issues.

Assist with template builds and workflow updates.

Participate in upgrades, testing, and validation.

Maintain support documentation and escalate complex issues as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Epic Cadence and/or Prelude Certification (multiple Epic certifications a plus).

3–5 years of healthcare IT or application support experience.

Strong understanding of scheduling and registration workflows.

Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
