We have an opportunity for you as Epic Cadence And Prelude Analyst .

Job Description: Provides day‑to‑day support for Epic scheduling (Cadence) and registration (Prelude) workflows. Works with front‑desk, scheduling, and clinical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth patient access operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve tickets related to scheduling, registration, and insurance.
  • Troubleshoot provider templates, appointment workflows, and demographic data issues.
  • Assist with template builds and workflow updates.
  • Participate in upgrades, testing, and validation.
  • Maintain support documentation and escalate complex issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Epic Cadence and/or Prelude Certification (multiple Epic certifications a plus).
  • 3–5 years of healthcare IT or application support experience.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling and registration workflows.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
