We have an opportunity for you as Epic Grand Central Analyst Job Description Provides support for Admission, Discharge, Transfer (ADT) workflows in Epic Grand Central, ensuring smooth patient movement and bed management. Handles incident resolution, ticket management, and user support. Key Responsibilities: Resolve user issues and manage support tickets promptly. Troubleshoot workflow mismatches, system errors, and integration issues. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for effective solutions. Participate in on-call rotations and urgent incident response. Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles. Required Qualifications: Epic Grand Central Certification (multiple Epic certifications a plus). 3–5 years of healthcare IT or application support experience. Strong understanding of hospital operations and ADT workflows. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
