Epic Training Supervisor

Description Our client is seeking an experienced Epic training leader and instructional design expert to modernize and elevate their Epic and IT training program. This role will supervise a team of 9 Training Specialists who deliver Epic and Workday based training across clinical, ambulatory and operational areas. The individual will lead a major transformation effort, re-designing how training is delivered, improving curriculum quality, incorporating clinical workflows and preparing for multiple Epic module implementations. This is a highly visible role within the Health Informatics Division and will partner closely with the Clinical Education Department and operational and IT leadership.
