Description CTG is seeking a Willow and Third-Party Application Analysts to join our team The Epic Willow Third Party Applications Analysts will provide support pharmacy operations by maintaining medication related build resolving system issues and ensuring smooth integration between Epic Willow and external pharmacy systems Working closely with pharmacists technicians IT teams and vendors this role focuses on day to day support troubleshooting and workflow optimization The analyst applies pharmacy technician knowledge to improve medication safety accuracy and efficiency across the organization Key Responsibilities Epic Willow Support Assist with medication build updates and maintenance within Epic Willow under the guidance of senior analysts or pharmacists Support pharmacy workflows including dispensing compounding inventory and medication administration processes Troubleshoot issues related to medication records NDC updates barcoding formulary changes a...
