Epic Willow Inpatient and Retail Analyst

HCL Tech is looking for Epic Willow Inpatient and Retail Analyst with the below skills:

SKILLS:

Supports and optimizes Epic Willow modules for inpatient and retail pharmacy workflows. Ensures safe medication management, system enhancements, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for Willow Inpatient and Ambulatory modules.
• Troubleshoot medication ordering, dispensing, and inventory issues.
• Configure medication records, formulary, order sets, and decision support rules.
• Manage interfaces with Pyxis, Omnicell, and wholesaler systems; support HL7 messaging.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, and workflow validation.
• Document configurations and validation results per IT standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Health IT, or related field (PharmD/RPh preferred).
• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification (required); Willow Ambulatory preferred.
• 4–8 years of Epic Willow support experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacy workflows, inventory management, and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with Epic Hyperspace and interface engines (Bridges, Cloverleaf).
