About the role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support Admission, Discharge, Transfer (ADT) workflows in Epic Grand Central.

Responsibilities:




  • Troubleshoot workflow mismatches, system errors, and integration issues.

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for effective solutions.

  • Participate in on-call rotations and urgent incident response. Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles).
