Job description
The Department of Medical Informatics (Erasmus MC) has a vacancy for an Epidemiologist to coordinate observational research making use of international, large real world data sources mapped to the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model (CDM). As epidemiologist you will be responsible for the coordination of observational studies as part of the Data Analysis and Real World Interrogation Network (DARWIN EU®) initiative. DARWIN EU® is an initiative by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) with as aim to generate evidence to support regulatory decision making in Europe. The department of Medical Informatics is currently representing the Coordination Centre for the DARWIN EU® initiative.
