Equipment Administrative Coordinator.


Innova Solutions is seeking a highly organized Equipment Administrative Coordinator to support our Construction Logistics Group. This full-time, onsite role in Lenexa, Kansas offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment, managing both independent tasks and collaborative initiatives with precision and discretion.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SAP transactions including job transfers, driver updates, system notes, and status changes
  • Coordinate trucking requests via 3GTMS
  • Process and complete requisitions efficiently
  • Generate and distribute weekly reports
  • Maintain detailed action items, notes, and task trackers
  • Organize apparel orders for internal teams or departments
  • Update and manage Smartsheet tools for scheduling and logistics
  • Support weekly regional reporting workflows
