Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Equipment Deployment Support Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of new equipment deployments across more than 100 hospital locations nationwide.
This role serves as the operational and administrative backbone of the deployment process — managing budgets, tracking assets, coordinating orders, and partnering closely with hospital teams, vendors, and internal equipment groups to ensure equipment is delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate combines strong administrative (excel) and systems skills with exceptional organization, communication, and business professionalism. This is not a hands-on technical or biomedical repair role, but rather a highly collaborative coordination and logistics position.
