Responsibilities

• Assist in line changeovers and equipment parameter adjustments (Print, Mount, Reflow, peripheral equipment, etc.).
• Perform equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and upkeep.
• Improve production efficiency and workflow processes.
• Assist in the evaluation of new equipment.
• Plan and execute equipment Relayout.
• Set up equipment for new production lines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Education level: College degree or above.
• Strong ability to handle pressure and excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in process improvement or product quality enhancement is preferred.
• Proficiency in practical experience with Panasonic 602 and NPM equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D functionality.
• Experience in automation is advantageou...
