Job Description

Will be a member of the site Asset Reliability team. The team has the responsibility of managing, setting functional expectations and ensuring the reliability of all asset equipment.

Identify equipment bad actors through metrics and develop plans remediate via FMEA, RCFA, PMs and other reliability tools to improve lifecycle, reduce cost and increase MTBF of all equipment onsite.

Lead investigations into failed equipment and make recommendations to maintenance department for possible fixes.

Specify Equipment upgrades and execute small capital and expense projects.

Work with Project Engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations including design solutions and commissioning plans.

Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering or other engineering discipline.

2+ years of experience in reliability and/or field engineering in a maintenance setting.
