Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for process control within the designated area, continually optimizing existing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Handle equipment faults and execute PM plans to maintain a smooth production workflow.
  • Implement and verify cost reduction initiatives within the area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate in the acceptance of newly purchased equipment within your area of responsibility.
  • Manage equipment spare parts, including inventory, procurement, and technical verification.
  • Oversee the management of tools, kits, standard samples, and similar resources within the designated area.
  • Develop various equipment operation manuals and guidelines for tasks specific to your area of responsibility.
  • Lead the training of new employees within designated area.
  • Actively participate in TPM team activities.
