Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for process control within the designated area, continually optimizing existing equipment to ensure product quality.
- Handle equipment faults and execute PM plans to maintain a smooth production workflow.
- Implement and verify cost reduction initiatives within the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate in the acceptance of newly purchased equipment within your area of responsibility.
- Manage equipment spare parts, including inventory, procurement, and technical verification.
- Oversee the management of tools, kits, standard samples, and similar resources within the designated area.
- Develop various equipment operation manuals and guidelines for tasks specific to your area of responsibility.
- Lead the training of new employees within designated area.
- Actively participate in TPM team activities.
