EQUIPMENT LOGISTICS COORDINATOR


Must be from local area (Rocky Mountain House) or ability to relocate.

  • Build positive, collaborative relationships with all points of contact and utilize available resources to successfully meet customer needs and expectations.

  • Act as a primary point of contact with Employee’s for daily work and ensure equipment order fulfillments. Monitor progress and execution of the work planed and adjust forecasting accordingly.

  • Journey Management Planning.

  • Collaborate with Operations on issues encountered by the Employee, including routing, schedule, conflicts, and fleet contingency plans when required.

  • Collaborate with Oilfield Manager to update and provide feedback on day-to-day operations, employee shift activities, and achievements. Immediately notify the Oilfield Manager of any safety, performance, and attendance issues or successes.
