Equipment Operations Manager

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and equipment. This role requires someone who is proactive, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing systems and processes to ensure they are functioning safely and efficiently
• Detect potential problems early on and implement corrective measures to prevent downtime or losses
• Develop and lead training programs aimed at improving employee safety knowledge

Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
​​10 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery production lines or relevant fields ,
strong critical thinking organizational skills,
ability to identify solve inefficiencies in processes.
