We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Equipment Supervisor to join our team in the Sydney Airport Catering team in a permanent full‑time position.

Responsibilities

• Manage both work sites at Sydney Airport
• Work proactively on daily issues such as equipment shortages, delivery scheduling, and changing flight schedules
• Ensure adequate staff are rostered and cross‑trained to complete daily tasks
• Ensure all flights are packed accurately according to the GLP and deadlines are met
• Record temperature of food before delivering products to the Operations team
• Ensure that your team, in conjunction with the ULO, meets the Internal Delivery System (IDS) requirements
