Equipment Technician - 2ND SHIFT

Job Description Job Description Akkodis is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Equipment Technician for a client in Wilmington, MA. Pay range: $20–$24 per hour. Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Equipment Technician will perform routine preventive maintenance on SMD and other production equipment. This role is responsible for repairing, aligning, calibrating, inspecting, and testing a wide range of manufacturing machinery. The technician will also utilize computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) to document procedures, schedule and track preventive maintenance, and record inventory usage. Education Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2 years of experience working with production or manufacturing equipment. • Experience with plating equipment is a plus. • Knowledge of plumbing and/or welding is desirable. • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. • Working knowledge of basic mechanical and electronic sys...
