Job Description

We are seeking an Equipment Technician who is responsible for setting up machines and ensuring they run at peak efficiency through proper set-up, adjustment, preventative maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs. Candidates with a mechanical experience, such as those who have worked on a farm or as a mechanic, will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance on a variety of machines, including Inserter Machines, Rotary Cutters, Folder Machines, Affixer Machines, and Bindery Machines.
• Recommend and maintain tools, parts, and supplies necessary for machine operation.
• Work off testing schedules, samples, and instructions to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Coordinate activities with Inventory Control to ensure smooth production processes.
