Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform repair of all assigned equipment and keep documentation up to date, including work instructions, maintenance plans, checksheet and calibration records.
- Support the team and superior to enable all activities and programs related to the overall goals of the equipment team and department.
- Assist with equipment transfer qualification, machine buy‑off and ensure full compliance with operations.
- Provide technical support to sustain efficient operations; monitor overall performance and effectiveness of assigned equipment (Machine Availability, PM & Calibration Hit Rate, SPC Monitoring, efficiency, productivity, yield and quality).
- Initiate equipment improvements, modifications and cost‑saving projects using credible data to minimize breakdown and extend serviceable life.
