Job Description:

The Equity Specialist will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and trade activation for equity products by working closely with ICICI Bank PBG and Wealth Relationship Managers across assigned branches. The role involves engaging with high-potential clients, supporting branch teams, and strengthening equity business through marketing and capability-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive acquisition of M52 and Prime customers through ICICI Bank PBG and Wealth RMs across mapped branches

• Own business targets including new client acquisition, revenue generation, and client activation

• Conduct client meetings to convert high-potential leads into active equity clients

• Support branch teams in achieving equity-related business goals

• Ensure maximum trade activation among acquired clients
