Job Description

The ER Advisor will provide expert HR support and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring the consistent application of company policies, best practice, and employment law. This role will support in the delivery of a professional and comprehensive HR service to the Corporate Centre colleagues, ensuring adherence to company HR policies and procedures, legal compliance, and best practice. The role involves providing day-to-day support on a diverse range of generalist HR tasks, including employee relations, lifecycle administration, payroll submissions, absence management, recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, and training and development. This role offers the opportunity to work in a friendly, busy environment where you will manage a variety of people-related matters and employee relations cases from start to resolution.
