ER / SE / AM / DM: Welding Engineer (Process / Quality)

• Experience of BIW structure study and identify Quality concerns with knowledge of Body accuracy, Fix Portable CMM machines, use of Body scanning.
• Preparation of Jig Planning Sheet, Vender Checking fixture concept sheet for New Model Introduction with capability to read Part Drg/ Jig Drawing.
• Should be aware of New Model Quality built process with requirement of BIW Fit finish.
• Resolving analyzing problems related to Fit/Finish of White Body in Paint/Assembly / Vehicle Inspection / NVH w.r.t Body Accuracy/Part Accuracy Process study.
• Experience of Closure/Hemming parts verification process in checking fixture/by use of scanning along with built process of BIW closure.

Technical / Functional:

• Knowledge of Weld Body structure, Fix Portable CMM machines, Vehicle Body scanning.
• Hands on experience of different trials during new model development
