  • The Employee Relations specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of ER cases, investigation of HR/ER matters, Internal Committee related activities and overall governance. A key focus is on partnering with the India Business Advisory Campus on managing employee related incidents and cases.
  • In addition to the day-to-day management of all ER related matters, this role will also contribute within APAC in respect to the implementation and associated changes of key ER governance policies; and ensuring good and proper governance per the Global ER mandate and guidelines.
  • Positive employee experience and driving the right culture for the bank from an Employee Relations perspective is another key responsibility for this role. For example, numerous bank-wide / cross-divisional training initiatives focusing on proper conduct in the bank have started out of this region.
