Key Responsibilities:
● Lead a team of backend developers and guide them through project execution.
● Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and
QA engineers.
● Integrate with hardware components using GPIO or serial communication (e.g.,
temperature sensors, motors)
● Create RESTful APIs to expose data or control hardware
● Collaborate with front-end/mobile teams if needed
● Ensure security, performance, and scalability of applications.
● Work with WebSocket, Raspberry Pi, and various IoT protocols in cloud-based
environments.
● Contribute to architectural decisions and actively mentor junior developers.

Required Skills:
● Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and backend systems architecture.
● Experience building REST APIs and background workers
● Familiarity with Linux terminal, Bash, and system services
● Basic understanding of Raspberry Pi hardware and GPIO programming
● Experience with tools like Maven, Gradle, Git
● Ability to troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues on RPi
● Good knowledge of MySQL, and microservices-based architecture.
● Familiarity with SaltMaster, WebSocket, and cloud-native design patterns.
● Solid understanding of Cloud Architecture
● Prior experience in team handling, mentorship, and technical decision-making.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:
● Knowledge of Raspberry Pi, WebSocket, or GraphQL
● Understanding of energy-efficient design for always-on apps

Preferred Qualifications:
● B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
● Self-starter with an analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
● Passionate about coding, architecture, and performance tuning.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
