Role Overview
We are seeking an ERP & Administration Executive (Zoho One) to own and manage the companys administrative documentation vendor/tenant records and ERP workflows. The ideal candidate is administratively strong system‑oriented and IT‑savvy with hands‑on experience implementing, configuring and maintaining workflows across the Zoho One ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Documentation
- Maintain, organize and update all company vendor and tenant documentation on Zoho WorkDrive
- Ensure proper document version control, naming conventions and access permissions
- Manage compliance documentation related to vendors, tenants, contractors and partners
- Handle vendor and tenant visa documentation and application processes in coordination with PROs and government portals
- Maintain records related to contracts, permits, NOCs, IDs, licenses and approvals
