Socomec Group (Socomec) is a global leader in electrical equipment engineering and manufacturing, specialized in low voltage energy performance. Socomec North America (NAM) is Socomec’s organization overseeing all operations in North America.

About This Role The ERP Business Analyst will play a key role in improving and supporting the company’s business processes through the ERP system. This position focuses primarily on understanding business needs and optimizing how they interact with the ERP: gathering requirements, configuring modules, documenting workflows, and providing end-user support and training. The ideal candidate will be business-oriented, proactive in process improvement, and able to translate functional requirements into effective system solutions. Technical knowledge may be useful for data analysis and customization (SQL, VB), but the emphasis is on functional expertise and collaboration with business teams.
