Athens Technology Center (ATC) is hiring an ERP Consultant

ATC’s ERP business unit focuses on the sale, enhancement of features, implementation and continuous support of the Epicor kinetic for which we are the representatives in Greece and Balkans. 

The position 

We are currently looking for an ERP Consultant to join our Enterprise and Business Solutions unit. We seek responsible professionals who demonstrate high integrity and reliable standards, with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.  

Key responsibilities 

• Analyze business requirements and design appropriate ERP solutions 
• Participate in pre-sales meetings, workshops, and product demonstrations 
• Translate customer workflows into ERP functionalities and process flows 
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams on demos, POCs, and proposals 
• Document functional requirements and contribute to solution architecture 
• Present system capabilities to customers in a clear, business-oriented manner 
• Stay informed on ERP best practices, industry trends, and competitive solutions 
• Travel to customer site as required 

 Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Proven work experience as an ERP consultant 
• Ability to work with customers in workshops, discovery sessions, and demos 
• Excellent customer – oriented skills 
• Excellent communication skills both in Greek and English, verbally and in written form 
• Knowledge or experience in manufacturing processes (Optional)

 Due to the complex nature of the position, the candidate must possess: 

• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and properly describe problems and solutions 
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot business and application issues 
• Ability to work independently and to complement in a team environment
