ERP Deployment Functional Lead- Procurement

Job Purpose/Scope:

This role is primarily focused on successful deployment of Litens ERP platform using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). As a Functional Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of implementation in maximizing blueprint print fit and using F&O configuration to model local gaps.

• Main Duties and Responsibilities
  
  Requirement Analysis:
  
  
  
  
  • Collaborate with process leads to gather and understand business requirements.
  
  
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify blueprint gaps.
  
  
  
  

  Solution Design:

  
  
  
  
  • Design functional solutions that align with process lead requirements and industry best practices.
  
  
  • For gaps, create comprehensive documentation detailing system configurations and customizations.
  
  
  
  

  Configuration and Customization:

  
  
  
  
  • Ensure 365 F&O meets process lead specifications.
  
  
  • Minimal customizations are necessary, intent is to ensure blueprint alignment.
  
  
  
  

  Testing:

  
  
  
  
  • Using template test plans as the baseline for testing, develop and execute test scripts to validate localized solutions.
  
  
  • Collaborate with process leads and business systems analysts to perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
  
  
  
  

  Training:

  
  
  
  
  • Support end-user training to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
  
  
  • Create supporting training materials and documentation.
  
  
  
  

  Deployment:

  
  
  
  
  • Manage the deployment of the configured solution from the blueprint phase to production.
  
  
  • Ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  
  
  
  

  Support:

  
  
  
  
  • Provide post-deployment support to address any issues or questions from end-users.
  
  
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system-related issues.
  
  
  
  

Knowledge Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Knowledge/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of ERP concepts, processes, and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

• Able to travel to Litens for extended periods.

• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on the latest ERP technologies and best practices.
