Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:The ERP Full-Stack Developer will lead the design, customization, integration, and implementation of enterprise solutions within the organizations ERP ecosystem. This role ensures that all applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs, while supporting both operational efficiency and advanced analytics.
Main Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development:
Lead the design, customization, and extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement) to support business requirements.Design and deliver comprehensive solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), ensuring seamless integration with the ERP ecosystem and external systems.Develop plugins, workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and connectors.Work closely with business stakeholders and UX/UI designers to gather requirements and deliver intuitive, user-friendly applications.Data & Analytics Integration:
Collaborate with Data and Analytics Specialists to design, integrate, and optimize reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity across ERP and Power Platform solutions.Security & Governance:
Manage security roles, permissions, and governance across Dynamics 365 and integrated systems to ensure compliance and data protection.Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps practices, and organizational standards for scalability, security, and maintainability.System Administration & Optimization:
Oversee administration of ERP and Power Platform solutions.Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and document technical solutions for knowledge sharing.Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Stay updated on Microsofts technology roadmap and proactively implement new features and innovations.Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate).Minimum 7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development, customization, and system administration.Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric as a unified data and analytics platform, including integration, governance, and advanced reporting.Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and DevOps practices.Demonstrated ability to manage security roles, permissions, and compliance within ERP and integrated systems.Benefits:
