Job Title: ERP Manager (Oracle & SAP) Location: Remote   About the Role   We are seeking a skilled and dynamic ERP Manager to lead our Oracle & SAP ERP strategy across multiple modules.


The ideal candidate is not only strong technically but also business-savvy, capable of making key decisions, hiring ERP talent, and driving end-to-end ERP implementations.

  •   Key Responsibilities   Lead ERP implementation, upgrades & integration (Oracle & SAP).


    Manage 4–5 SAP modules (MM, ABAP, FI/CO, SD, PP, etc.).


    Partner with leadership to align ERP systems with business goals.


    Screen, hire & build ERP teams as per project requirements.


    Ensure ERP compliance, reporting, and system security.


    Collaborate with vendors & stakeholders for seamless operations.


    Provide strategic ERP insights for business decision-making.

  •    We’re Looking For   10–15+ years of ERP experience with Oracle + SAP expertise.


    Proven track record in end-to-end ERP implementation.


    Strong functional & technical exposure across multiple SAP modules.


    Ability to recruit, lead, and mentor ERP professionals.


    Excellent communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills.


    Smart, confident personality with business acumen.
