Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies, frameworks, and procedures to ensure efficient ERP rollout and adoption across the organization.
• Manage ERP projects of varying sizes and complexities, overseeing full lifecycle implementations from initiation to go-live and post-deployment support.
• Create clear, detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Implement effective scope management, risk mitigation, and budget control to ensure successful project delivery according to plan.
• Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Design and execute test plans, validate test data, document results, and ensure ERP functionality aligns with business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring strong people management and collaboration throughout project execution.
• Ensure ERP customization and configurations meet specific workflow requirements to support operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, monitor progress, and align deliverables with project timelines.
• Oversee database management, data collection, analysis, and the generation of reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with Acumatica or similar ERP platforms to drive successful implementation and adoption.
