Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Participate in Oracle cloud ERP implementation and design including configuration and maintenance and act as overall Operations-Global Process Owner for the project
  • Coordinate/oversee/guide all the functions to be performed by the Ops team internally and be able to act the single point of contact to resolve conflicts and / or process misalignment internally
  • Strive to be “point person” in the company when it comes to overall Oracle ERP Supply chain processes and solutions
  • Ops BA team responsibilities are Gather business requirements from multiple sources and consolidate them into meaningful functional specificationsLiaise between the company’s end users and technical teams and/or external consultants to drive optimal business solutions in Supply Chain modules in their coverage areaPerform system testing and troubleshoot system issues in project lifecycleCreate functional and technical specifications for any new functiona...
