Position: ERP & Operations Systems Manager

Location: Chennai

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a highly structured, system-driven, and process-oriented ERP & Operations Systems Manager to take full ownership of our company’s ERP and internal operations workflow.

The primary responsibility of this role is to transform our current unorganized, WhatsApp-based coordination into a streamlined, accountable, and system-driven process using our ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own and manage the company’s ERP system end-to-end

* Convert existing manual/WhatsApp-based workflows into structured digital processes

* Design and implement HR onboarding and offboarding checklists inside the system

* Create clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for HR, Purchase, and Site Coordination teams

* Build a structured purchase approval workflow, including:

– 2-step approval from team leaders

– Automatic Purchase Order (PO) generation after approval

– Tracking of purchase requests, approvals, and orders in real time

* Ensure every department follows the system instead of WhatsApp

* Create accountability by making sure every action is logged, tracked, and assigned to a person

* Train HR, Purchase, and Site Teams on using the ERP effectively

* Identify operational gaps and continuously improve processes

* Reduce chaos, miscommunication, and delays in coordination

Who You Are:

* You think in systems, not in ad-hoc messages

* You are detail-oriented and process-driven

* You are comfortable working with software, dashboards, and automation

* You are proactive in identifying problems and fixing them

* You can work with multiple departments and align them toward structured operations

• Experience with ERP, operations management, or process design is preferred.
• should know programming languages HTML and python or AI coding, claude coding
